از طریق&nbsp; پست و تا مورخه 20\/10\/1400 می باشد لذا لازم است مهارت آموزان گرامی تا تاریخ مذکور مدارک ذیل را به آدرس : &nbsp;ارومیه ابتدای جاده سلماس خیابان شهید قلی پور پردیس شهید رجایی&nbsp; ارومیه (واحد بایگانی ) ارسال نمایند . \r\n\r\nمدارک مورد نیاز برای ثبت نام&nbsp;عبارتند از:&nbsp;&nbsp;\r\n\r\n\r\n\tیک عدد پوشه روغنی \r\n\tپرینت ثبت نام غیرحضوری در سیستم گلستان &nbsp;دانشگاه\r\n\tکپی تمام صفحات شناسنامه\r\n\tکپی کارت ملی\r\n\tکپی &nbsp;برابربا اصل (توسط آموزش و پرورش محل خدمت یا دانشگاه محل تحصیل و یا دفترخانه ثبت) گواهینامه یا دانشنامه مدرک تحصیلی \r\n\tکپی کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت خدمت (برای برادران).\r\n\tکپی گواهی روخوانی قرآن کریم (الزامی نیست)\r\n\tکپی مدراک مهارتهای ICDL(الزامی نیست)\r\n\t2 قطعه عکس پرسنلی پشت نویسی شده (در داخل پاکت قرار داده شود)&nbsp;&nbsp;
